This is a one day HYROX Simulation Fundraiser event at Seventh Tap Brewery in Shreveport Louisiana. We have Single Male, Mixed Doubles, Male Doubles, and Female Doubles Divisions. It will be a full simulation meaning all the stations, reps, weights, and run distances of an official HYROX race.
What is a HYROX Simulation?
A HYROX Simulation is a practice or unofficial version of a HYROX competition, designed to replicate the exact format, distances, and workout flow of a real HYROX race—but in a controlled or local environment. Unlike a formal HYROX event, which is sanctioned and timed by HYROX itself, a simulation lets athletes experience the challenge without travel, large crowds, or entry fees.
